STM Force Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. STM force.co.uk provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. Sizes are a guideline please check garments before printing. Delivery times can not be guaranteed and STM Force Ltd can not be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries. Do not book training sessions until goods have arrived as we can not be held responsible to costs accrued from cancelations due to non delivery.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company, these conditions shall override any terms or conditions incorporated or reffered to by the purchaser in his order or negotiations
2. Description and prices in our catalogue/pricelist at the toime of going to press are correct but may be subject to alteration. Whilst every effort is made to supply goods at the prices quoted, we must reserve the right to invoice at the price ruling at the time of dispatch.
3. Our policy being one of contious improvment, we reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products without notice.
4. Orders can be lodged by post, telephone, fax, email or on-line.
5. personal cheques must be accompanied with a cheque guarantee card number.
6. Non Account Holders: As number 4, We require payment or order against Pro-Forma Invoice by: (a) Bankers Draft (in Sterling), (b) Cheque, (c) Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Solo.
7. Delivery (UK): All orders will be subject to carriage charges payable in full by the client
8. A 24 hour delivery service can be made at an additional cost by ordering by phone. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but could be subject to delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible.
9. Export Orders: Delivery will be made via our freight agent or post unless otherwise stated or requested. Monies may be sent directly to our bankers (details on request).
10. Damages or Shortages: If a claim is to be made for damages or shortages among goods delivered, notification must be made verbally to STM Force Ltd within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Where a complete parcel is missing, or obviously damaged, the carriers delivery note must be endorsed to that effect. Please ensure when signing for a damaged parcel, the carriers receipt is signed and the word Damaged is written. We cannot be responsible for claims if this is not strictly adhered to.
11. Credit⁄Accounts: can be arranged on request granting 30 days approved credit. Credit in excess of terms will be charged interest at 2% compound per month. To open an account we require Two Trade and One Bank reference in writing.
12. Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser only when we receive full payment (and when any cheque given in payment has been honoured).
13. Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against any loss incurred provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from our negligence.
14. All goods are subject to availabiity.
15. These terms of business supersede all previous agreements.
16. We cannot accept any liability for damage to property or injury through mis-use of equipment purchased.
17. Customers will be charged £30.00 in the event that any cheque presented as payment be returned to our bankers unpaid for any reason whatsoever.
18. Any charges incurred from our debt collecting agency, will be passed on to the customer.
RETURN OF GOODS
1. If you wish to return stock for different sizes or alternative products, please add £2.55+£0.45 (VAT) per item for your carriage charge, with a maximum of £9.00 (incl. VAT) per return. All stock must be as originally sent.
2. We can collect goods at a cost of: £10.00 + £1.75 (VAT) per Box
